Positive: A truely magical place to stay in an equally wonderful city. It exceeded all our expectations. Ipogea is a place we will remember for years to come. The house is breathtakingly beautiful. A perfect balance of old and new design. And the sauna and steam room!? (Wow!) Christina warmly welcomed us with great chats about the history of the building and the town. She also kindly gave us some local recommendations (and stocked the kitchen with breakfast and snacks) We have traveled all over the world and honestly this place is sensational. World class. We felt incredibly lucky to have found the apartment. Don’t look anywhere else! This is where you want to stay in Matera! (It’s also relatively easy to find which is a bonus) Thank you team Ipogea, for helping us make family memories :)
