Positive: I appreciated the key box as it allowed us to visit the Disneyland and check in late. It's an easy 25 minute walk to the Disney Villages and 45 minutes to the castle. Disneyland's official parking is so far away you only save 10 minutes parking there. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare lunch and save a little money. There is an enormous shopping center across the street with a supermarket, pharmacy and anything you'd ever need. It was a very convenient stay, I'd highly recommend it for a couple with small children visiting Disneyland.
Negative: It's very small and it gets very hot and humid after being closed for a day, but leaving the windows open for 30 minutes made it very comfortable. It was difficult to find space for ourselves and our luggage, but by day 2 it felt fine. Parking is €10 per day, which isn't bad, but was unexpected. I'm sure it's in the description but I didn't notice it. The positives far outweighed the negatives.
