Summary: Great and favorite place to stay with activities and art. But guys you should really work on the service quality. Its below average and you can see that personnel is untrained and does not only give an F about visitors nor do they know how to do it. That includes all staff (with some exceptions at the Riverside lobby) at the reception, bars, restaurants etc. Step up your game, this is not Bratislava, this is world known hotel gathering visitors from all over the world.
