Kingsmill on the James River is a lovely oasis, a tree and Audubon bird sanctuary, with miles of trails, private beaches with huge shells and treasured historic sites including Burwells Bluff, the first English settlement, all within walking distance... walk to beautiful spa for pampering, or cook up a meal in the condo's fully stocked kitchen and dine on one of the outdoor terraces.....Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the comforts of home with books, movies, many streaming apps, games, artistic coloring books, seasonal decorations....and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking large meals including condiments. Try golfing at the gorgeous award-winning Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or go fishing at Macaulay Pond, or walk to dock for beautiful sunrises and sunsets, shower and restroom available at the marina beach.
