Summary: Room small, but clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast ordinary. Lift broke when were taking our bags up and remained stuck for over 40 minutes. Alarms and lift phone ignored. Rang reception twice, hung up on us because we only speak Australian. Only got out because another guest heard us. Complained to management next day and they didn't care. Avoid this place unless you speak Brazilian.
