Positive: The staff was very kind and helped us find our way around the city. The place is very central, and the rooms are nice.
Negative: The place is well located, the rooms are nice, and the beds are comfortable. However, due to the climate, the rooms are extremely cold for visitors who are not used to such low temperatures. It would be excellent if, as a 4-star hotel, it had heating.
