If fitness is your thing, there is even a gym onsite ensuring you don’t miss a day! Once you have worked up a sweat in the gym, you can follow it up with a relaxing ‘chill out’ session in the sauna.

- Building management will not tolerate SCHOOLIES, any booking request for school leavers will not be accepted during November.
- This is a private rental, reception will not be available to assist in your check-in. For any assistance please contact our support team.
-Check-in = Please note the lock box used for check in is a 5 minute walk / 2 minute drive from the building entrance.
House rules
- The person making a booking must be present at key collection with our concierge or lock box.
- Please check out by 10am unless otherwise arranged, late check-outs may incur a “late checkout” fee of $75.
- Please respect the neighbours, and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm, this includes loud music.
-In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. We do not allow for hens/bucks or adult entertainment. A call out to the property due to a non-comply of this policy will result in an instant eviction. No refund will be given.
- No smoking at the property. A fee will apply to have the property cleaned.
- If you have locked yourself out of the property a call out fee of $80 will apply.
- If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee up to $300 will apply.
CHILD SUPERVISION.- Please supervise children at all times on balconies and in Gardens.
