The apartment is located on the second floor (with elevator) and is 85m2 of luminous living space and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay with air conditioning and heating. Free high-speed WIFI connection is included.
Note: The elevator is not at the foot of the main entrance, it is necessary to climb about 7 steps.
The apartment is distributed in 2 main spaces:
First space, the day zone:
- Entrance hall.
- Living room with a large three-seater sofa where you can relax watching the 49 "LED TV while playing board games. In addition, next to the living room there is a gallery furnished as a reading room, or a place to iron or tend your clothes. It overlooks the outside block typical of the Eixample neighborhood, and is very peaceful and bright. You also have an emergency kit and a strongbox.
- A fully equipped kitchen.
Second space, the night zone:
There are 3 bedrooms, all of them with equipped with heat.
1 master bedroom with 2 single beds, an outdoor balcony with views of Aragón and Paseo San Juan Streets.
2 double bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with shower and a cabinet to store personal belongings; equipped with a hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel dispenser, and make-up removal wipes.
This fantastic apartment enjoys sun all day long as all the rooms have windows.
As we are locals of Barcelona we provide our guests with our personal guide to the city with "secret" places that are not shown in the tour guides.
If you arrive by vehicle we will indicate parking areas less than 5 minutes walking distance.
