3 Bedroom 1 Full Bathroom apartment in a 2-family house w/back yard on Center Street that sleeps 6. (Whole house sleeps 12) 2.5 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 19 Miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park! (20-25 minutes)
The Space:
This stylish apartment is in great condition and offers beautiful finished hard wood flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "HOME RUN APT 2" is a first floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 50 inch flat screen TV’s as well. Bedroom 1 Queen Bed, Bedroom 2 Full Bed, and Bedroom 3 Queen Bed. For families / friends that wish to group together, “HOME RUN APT 1” is on the second floor and sleeps 6 as well.

Each apartment has separate keys. Laundry is in the basement with 2 washers and 2 dryers. The driveway is shared with Home Run Apt 1 with plenty of space for multiple vehicles, and please do not park on the grass.

Lots to do in the area. Your welcome guide is on the entertainment stand and emailed before arrival.
Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820
Main Street is just a short walk away from with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives HOME RUN an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".
HOME RUN is centrally located between both baseball camps.

Summary: We really enjoyed the house and thought all the accommodations were very nice. The pictures and descriptions of the place were just as expected when we stayed there. My only suggestion would be to have a note on the door or right there under the TV informing the families about the no parking on that side of the street for the allotted 24 hours. We realize it is posted on the street signs but those street signs are not on the side of the street on the block that the house is. We didn’t read the street signs where it was posted because we had no reason to park on a different block or in the other side of the street. The police came to give us tickets but luckily we were in the house to go and ask why and then move our cars. Unfortunately the family staying in apt 1 did get a ticket. We hope to come Back again in 2 years for our other son, and I hope to stay in the same house.
