Ideally located just 10 minutes from Morlaix, Carantec and Roscoff and 30 minutes from Brest, our house is the perfect place to come and recharge your batteries in a particularly peaceful setting, yet close to all amenities.
Take advantage of your stay to relax by the pool and discover North Finistère thanks to this accommodation ideally sized for a family or couples of friends!
Ground floor:
➤ Large, bright living room equipped with a 3-seater sofa that converts into a double bed, a large television and its audio system, very high-speed internet access (Starlink) and board games.
➤ Dining room with a table for 6, extendable to seat up to 10, with its plunging view over the pool.
➤ Spacious fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, coffee maker, hob, combo (fridge + freezer), waffle maker, electric kettle, full set of crockery, cooking utensils and dishwasher.
➤ Bedroom, with its magnificent view over the valley, equipped with a double bed and dedicated workspace.
➤ Laundry room also fully equipped: washing machine, tumble dryer, second combo (fridge + freezer), two classic clotheslines and a wall-mounted clothesline, storage space, cleaning kit, pool equipment and games.
First floor:
➤ Large bedroom of around twenty m2 with king-size bed, plenty of storage space and private dressing area.
➤ Second bedroom of around twenty m2 with its double bed, sofa seating area and bookshelf.
➤ Bright and functional shower room equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower offering an unobstructed view of the valley.
Outside:
➤ South-west-facing garden with private 8x4m swimming pool, heated between 24°C and 28°C from early April to late October, equipped with a double terrace and all the necessary equipment: outdoor dining tables, parasols, sun loungers and barbecue.
➤ Second south-west-facing garden with its elevated view over the valley and Penzé forest.

➤ Heading down into the village, you can find a bar-tabac, take a walk along a footpath alongside the River Penzé, accompany your children to the dedicated children's playground and play tennis on the local court: bring your rackets!
➤ Just a 5-minute walk from the house, you'll find the Ecopark Adventures Penzé accrobranche (tree climbing) for the pleasure of young and old alike!
