This typical Mediterranean villa is located on a small isolated promontory overlooking the beach of Cefalu.
The house is surrounded by greenery and has three terraces with 180-degree sea views. The first terrace, at the level of the main body of the villa, is furnished with a dining table, sails for shelter from the sun, and lounge chairs. The second terrace is located at a lower level in front of the annex, here you can enjoy the view in full relaxation. The last terrace is located just before one of the convenient descents to the sea available to guests. The main body of the house has a large living room, with a TV, a full-size sofa bed, table, chairs, and armchairs. This living room has three openings to one of the terraces, in addition to the front door, so it is very airy and cool. From the living room there is access to a hallway, and from here to a bedroom with two single beds, each of which can turn into a double if needed (for a total of 4 beds), a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen. Also from the hallway is access to another double bedroom, with attached bathroom. From the living room there is also access to the kitchen. With access from the outside there is another unit, also brightly lit, which has a sea-view room with a full-size sofa bed, a double bedroom also with a sea view, as well as a bathroom with shower, also accessible from the outside for greater guest comfort.
