You can enjoy the carefree in our house in the district Avendorf in the south of the sun island. Our property is fenced and offers with a garage and the long driveway enough parking space for two vehicles.
The bright, spacious, well-furnished house (80. 4 square meters to DIN, it felt much more!) has two levels and has 1 living / dining room with flat screen TV / SAT, DVD, HiFi and VCR, comfortable sofa and a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, stove with oven and large fridge with separate freezer.
The south-facing terrace opens directly out of the living area and, in good weather, tempts you to spend the day outside under the umbrella. Weatherproof patio furniture is ready. Table linen and tea towels are provided. The entire ground floor has a tiled floor, here are still 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and a (children) bedroom with two single beds. A curved wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with wooden floor. There you will find the two other bedrooms each with double bed and 1 bathroom with tub, toilet and washing machine. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request. The entire house is heated by an electric ceiling heater in the cool months.
Behind the house so protected from prying eyes - we have a cozy sitting area. Also there are garden furniture ready. Here you can chill to your heart's content, bathed in the sun and grilled.
The natural beach on the Sound is about 1.1 km - almost a running distance. Of course it is easier with a bicycle or car. The golf course is just 2.5 km away.

Surfers and kiters find their territory in the west and north of the island. Here it is called "hang loose". Anglers prefer the eastern coastal region.
