Surrounded by nature, away from traffic but close to the town, a stone's throw from the most beautiful beaches of sardinia, very close to a large supermarket, runner routes for the most passionate, also great for those who work and a need to feel at home on their business trips. Tortolì is in the center of ogliastra and every day you can reach beautiful places, then returning to the city center that offers so much even at night with breathtaking clubs overlooking the sea making your stay unforgettable.
From this year available to our guests a magnificent in-ground pool operating from 01/05 to 39/09 that frames a beautiful patio where you can eat or have your aperitifs.
Entire basement apartment, equipped barbecue corner, veranda with relaxation corner where you can access Wi-Fi , and dining corner, garden, patio in the back with dining area and relaxing sofas, in-ground pool. All outdoor spaces are to be shared with our family, and guests of the Dependance.
There are two outdoor spaces for eating and relaxing, veranda in front of the house where you can access free Wi-Fi and patio in the back, all lit at night. The pool is in-ground, operational from 01/05 to 30/09, also lit at night will frame your evenings.
Please note that the host lives upstairs, the garden, the pool and the terrace are shared with Host and guests from another rented property. The family of the host is very quiet and leaves privacy to the guests.
