Summary: Just know that there will be people above you who will wake you and your dogs up every morning around 5:00 am with their heavy footsteps and then again during the evening. The upstairs neighbors cussed out our dogs for barking and the atmosphere felt hostile from them as at one point when my husband left to get food and our dogs barked, the upstairs people seemed to be jumping up and down, making it very loud in our downstairs apartment. We will not be back. We can live among bad attitudes at home but not when we are on vacation.
