This well-maintained four-bedroom townhouse is located just a few blocks from the ocean and boardwalk on the west side of Coastal Highway. The first level has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a powder room, and a family room that opens to a large deck with sunset views of the courtyard. The second floor has a primary bedroom with an en-suite bath, three additional bedrooms, plus a shared hall bathroom and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The Bethany beach trolley to the downtown center conveniently stops just a short distance away for a 25 cent fare.
Things to know
There is no amenity fee for use of the outdoor community pool, tennis, and pier for crabbing or launching a kayak or canoe.
* If the owner provides an optional Bethany Beach parking permit, a $50 cash or check deposit is required upon check-in.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
