Positive: The accommodation is perfect for spending a long layover between two flights. If you don’t mind a 2 km walk, you can take the metro or the suburban railway (‘Proastiakos’) from Athens Airport to the next stop, ‘Koropi’, and then walk from there to the place. Just keep in mind that you’ll have to walk along a wide main road without a sidewalk. It’s safer to walk on the left side of the road, where cars coming from behind don’t pass too close. The following morning I had to reach the airport before the first public transport connection, but I experienced considerable difficulty arranging a taxi. Fortunately, the owner of the accommodation was able to organise one for me, allowing me to continue my journey smoothly. ♥ Many thanks again! ♥
Negative: It’s a basement studio, which feels a bit gloomy, but for just a few hours’ stay it was perfectly fine.
