We use 50 mpbs Fiber Optic connection ( is the maximum in area) and because we want always something more we use +60 mpbs internet connection on the same connection from Antennas Internet. Like this our connection is more than the max and usually speeds going 70 Mpbs for Downloading and 14 mpbs for uploading

Pool (HEATED)
Ozone Therapy is something unique and very good for your body. Filtering time is 24 Hours Per Day not only 6 Hours as Usually!! Plus we provide you a smart Robot if anytime want to clean the pool. Pool is made specific to not need to be cleaned by human and also the robot doesnt need to do too much because the shape of the pool and the height helps the pool to be cleaned always and without robot. We give you the robot just in case. In case the pool will need to be cleaned by us we will be very happy to do it anytime!

Heated Pool
Almost all the villas are using heating system until 25 Celsius . We like to heat more than 25 Celsius to make the difference. Every 1 degree Celsius has big difference.
For Reservations from 1 April to 30 May and from 1 October to 30 November make a reservation at least 2-3 days before your arrival to give time to the pool to be the temperature at max.
For Reservations from 1 December to 31 of March we dont heat for reservations less than 7 days of stay, make a reservation at least 1 week before your arrival to give time to the pool to be the temperature at max.
Spa
From 4/5/2022 we have a SPA for 5 persons, from Wellis Spa with Ozone Therapy while doing Hydro Massage and with Colour Therapy at night, plus a sound system. Also is good to use it For December, January, February and March for heating waters. Spa is Working With Ozone generator and chlorine. We use Extra heating system Inverter 10KVA instated of 2-3KVAs that all the SPAs are using. Why? Because we want to make it Faster the heating temperature (4x+ Faster) and Also because we want the best for our guests and also for the enviroment ( 4 times less energy )

Outside Spaces of Brother and Sister
The 2 outside spaces both of them has a access to each other when we want. We have 3 levels outside. Left, Center, Right (while looking the gorge)
Level 1 (Left) is the pool area with sunbeds and chairs up to 12 persons, 100 square meter grass with Yards that has BBQ and Wood Oven for your special tastes at nights that you can eat at our table for 12 persons and after your dinner or before you can remove the cap of the table and to be transformed to billiard table - Garlando Virginia 6.
Level 2 (Center) 300 square meters of grass with 5.5 meters projector Screen for Neftlix, Ping Pong Table, Football Table, Toys for kids ( teeter, slide, mini table, one bike)
Level 3 (Right) Beautiful garden space at Olive trees to relax directly next the nature down from the olive tree.
Level 1 and 2 is connected permantly. (it Belongs to brother )
Level 3 (it Belongs to sister) is connected to level 2 when we want we open the door of the fence that is the door between at level 2 and 3. Like this we always keep the pricacy and the easy access for the 2 buildings.

Kitchen
On the first level you will see our fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Electric oven with powerful electric absorber, electric hobs, large fridge, electric espresso machine, French coffee machine, electric frappe coffee machine, electric blender, electric toaster and even digital scale for weighing food for precise quantities. Our kitchen table is for 6 persons but we can do it for 10 persons when we do some small events with extra parts.
You can drink directly from the kitchen tap, all kissamos area has drinking water. But because we want always the best for our Guest's we have filter CAMELOT Imperial Plus water Filter 5th Generation.
Living Room
Also in the same level you will see our living room area with a smart TV 75" with Paid Netflix & Cosmote TV plus Surround System. When you will see movie or to listen to music you can turn on the smart led strip with rgb colours that can play with the volume sound (sensitive sensor). Cosmote TV has Sports, Cinema, Documentaries,Cartoons, Local & Outside satellite Channels . More details at the end of the page. + Play Station 5 with ps plus subscription at our 75" TV . Outisde On the same level is our 10 square meter balcony with fantastic views, over there you can see from our telescope the vultures, and the moon that is coming up directly from front of you
Bedrooms & Bathorooms
To go to the down level you will need to go from our stairs and you will see at first our full bathroom.
Downstairs also on your right is my recommented best bedroom with beautifull colours, ensuite bathroom, mirrors next to your bed, safe box, big closet, handmade bed from iron and matress from memory foam, and one more smart TV 65" with Netflix and Cosmote TV . From the other side you will see the other bedroom we have with also mirror next to your bed, handmade bed with matress of memory foam, big closet,and TV 32" with netflix and Cosmote TV, plus connected to the outside perimeter cameras that you can swich them off or on from the electrical table on the 1st level. We have buy new top quality bedsheets and towels for season 2023. Also we have many different types of pillows to choose.

Also in the same level you will see our living room area with a smart TV 55" with comfortable 2 sofa beds plus one bathroom at the same level. Outisde On the same level is our 20 square meter balcony with fantastic views, over there you can see the vultures, and the moon that is coming up directly from front of you
Bedrooms
To go to the down level you will need to go from our stairs and you will see one bedroom with Double bed and 43" Smart TV, One more bedroom with double Bed with 32" Smart TV, and one more bedroom with king size bed. Next to the Bedrooms we have a big Bathroom with washing machine inside.
We have a parking Space up to 4 cars.
