Positive: The connivance to the trains and metro, restaurants in the area, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable common space with a cool coffee machine. Bath and shower facilities were wonderful.
Negative: Our mini-fridge didn't work. The entrance at street level is a bit unimpressive, but don't judge a book by it's cover.
Summary: We had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit to Naples thanks to the staff at Hotel 22
