Experience authentic marshland living in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, perfect for a nature-filled getaway. Enjoy hiking and cycling trails starting from your doorstep, or explore the waterways by boat from the village pier.
The house features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. On the ground floor: entrance, modern kitchen, living/dining room with exposed stone walls, large picture window, and wood-burning stove. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a family bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom/WC, and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a double and a single bed, bathroom/WC, mezzanine bedroom with door (double bed), hallway with closets, one bedroom with three single beds, and another with a double bed and two single beds.
