Summary: The apt is just across the beach. The A/C is at the living room, so the bedroom never really got cold. That’s the only reason I would not give a 5 stars. The communication was great and instructions very clear. I would recommend for a couple, max 3 people. Everything else was perfect: They had beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler and a wagon, which really helped. The apt was very clean, but had a funny smell, like someone smoke a cigar and it got Impregnated in the A/C unit. In that part of Florida you cannot drink at the beach, which was a bummer, but we had fun and really enjoy the location and the apt infrastructure.
