Positive: The staff was very helpful, the room was pretty and clean, breakfast was included in the price. The place is walking distance from the historical city center and the Drava river.
Negative: Small things that might still be improved. No towel hangers in the ensuite bathroom, also no soap, only a tiny traveller size shampoo ampoule. The tap works in a way that's common in public bathrooms, no way to adjust water flow intensity and it automatically turns off after a few seconds. But these were just tiny details, otherwise the experience was superb!
