Summary: You can't beat the location, and if it's just two people and you don't want to cook except for easy meals or breakfast, then this is great. Beware that the second bed is an old pull-out, and the mattress is very thin and uncomfortable. The main bed is only a queen, not terrible, but the mattress is very firm. The most comfortable spot to sleep is the couch in the living room. The kitchen has only the very basics when it comes to cooking tools, enough for the basics, but not much else. For the price, I was expecting more, but it was a great stay, and the home worked. A suggestion for the owner would be to add a bunk bed to replace the pull-out couch in the room off the kitchen and upgrade the mattress in the main bedroom.
