Upon entering the unit guests are greeted by a light and airy space that is filled with natural sunlight. The open floor plan connects the dining and main living area to the back patio. This unit was designed with both comfort and family in mind as the living area offers plenty of room with a sofa (pull out Queen bed) and a Twin day bed (Twin trundle underneath.) This space also includes a flat screen TV with Xfinity cable and DVD player, small library of books and DVDโs and even a writing desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for preparing a meal after a day at the beach. The master bedroom has a King bed, closet, TV with Blue Ray player and large sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio. It is here where you can soak in the ocean views and/or watch the family at the pool.
Guests are just steps away from the private beach access, two oceanfront pools, four clay tennis courts and just a short drive to restaurants, shopping and Historic Fernandina Beach.
The unit includes a full size washer/dryer.
Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
There is no designated parking and it does have availability for boat and trailer parking.
