Summary: The condo and area were all wonderful. The only trouble we had was the check in process. They sent a code and a video to unlock the door. I was very confident we could easily unlock it. Put the code in correctly multiple times, ended up locking us out and someone had to come reset it. The lady was not the nicest and blamed me for being unable to do the code. She was also having trouble with it when I watched her enter it in to the keypad. Then she again blamed me for it and sent a new code. I absolutely had no problems from there on out with the new code. I went back to look at reviews after she made me feel like it was me and told me “ you and only one other person has had a problem with this lock” I seen that 2 out of the 4 reviews people were complaining about the same check in process and 3 out of 4 were about the mannerisms of the manager. I guess I should have read the reviews to be better prepared. Other than that little blip at the beginning we had a very lovely stay. The pool was very nice and the food at the tiki bar was very good. We would stay there again.
