The property features a covered terrace, covered barbecue, and a carport for 2 cars. The owner chose a garden-style dining area to create a vacation feel. Large living area: kitchen (microwave)/dining room/living room, laundry room with a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), bathroom with a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and separate toilet.
