5 Bedroom House in Mineral
A very spacious, 5 BR 3 BA plus a bonus room lake access home in an amenity filled community. Large living area on main level with 3 of the homes bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, also a separate dining room, large kitchen with additional dining space. Large deck overlooking a private yard and firepit.
The in ground pool (open seasonally) is fun for the whole family and the liner was just replaced.
Lower level offers another large living space, bar, 2 BR and full bath. The upper level/bonus area is great for an additional playroom or sleeping space.

Beautiful and well maintained home.
This was a very nice home in a super friendly neighborhood. Great place for multi-generation family with plenty of things to do at the home or nearby. The property manager was quick to respond to all questions and the check-in and check-out could not have been easier. The pool is small but clean and well maintained. Although not pictured, there are some chairs and loungers by the pool. The patio and fire pit area is very nice. And the screened in canopy on the upper deck was a great bonus. There is no lake access. There is a public boat ramp at the nearby Christopher Run campground if bringing a boat. Bikes were great to have in the neighborhood, too. We enjoyed eating at local restaurants Tasty Crab, Vitoโs and Timโs. Iโd recommend this home for families.
