This modern and classic furnished 2 bed 2 bath condo is perfectly located in the fabulous gated community of Red Rox Villas near Papago Park and The Phoenix Zoo. The condo features a fireplace, balcony overlooking one of the community pools and green space. The community features 2 pools (1 heated), spa, BBQ, clubhouse, a gym, and even a putting green! Close to shopping, entertainment and everything you want to do. This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.

This listing is for the entire condo. The unit is modern with new style and decor to match. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group.
**STAIRS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE UNIT ON THE 3RD FLOOR (3 flights)**
SLEEPING AREAS:
Master Bedroom has a queen size bed.
Guest Bedroom with a queen size bed.
COMMON AREAS:
Kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. There is laundry in unit. Balcony with pool views.
(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
ENTERTAINMENT:
60โ€ HDTV in the living room
43โ€ HDTV in the master bedroom
Netflix and Peacock (NBC) accounts provided. Other streaming apps are provided by the host and guests must provide their own log in and password to use streaming services.
PARKING:
There is one covered assigned parking space for the condo. Please ensure that you park in your designated space or any available visitor space. Designated guest parking spaces are available.
** No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations Available**
OUTDOORS:
Community exterior fenced in pool, BBQ, and patio seating. The community also contains another pool (heated) and spa, clubhouse, rec. center, gym, and putting green more near the front of the complex. The rec center has a pool table and ping pong table. Ping pong rackets and balls are provided in the rec center room and we also may have some additional ones in the condo closet.
PETS:
NO PETS ALLOWED
*Please note that this is a community property and other residents may have pets in common exterior areas.

Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this condo if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be traveling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER NOTES:
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*We do NOT have any control or authority over the service vendors (i.e. landscape, pest control, etc.). They have access to the common grounds and services may occur during your stay in the community areas.

Getting Around:
Location is close to everything!! Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, ASU, Papago Park, The Phoenix City Zoo, hiking and biking trails, Sky Harbor Airport, & 202 Freeway and so much more!
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, however, the condo is located very near the Metro Light Rail system so if you plan to stay in the city than a car is not absolutely necessary.
Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 10-20 minutes to many popular destinations.
