Positive: + Fantastic location! Our balcony had a 180 degree view – to green fields, hills and mountains + The building is also beautiful – with traditional Tyrolean frescoes, flowers, a wooden fountain with spring water in the yard + Our apartment on the first floor was very cozy, in a rustic style, but with a modern renovation, spacious, bright and functional + Kitchen has a frige, electric stove, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and everything for wash it + dishwasher + There was also TV, city maps, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer, wardrobe for winter clothes and a shoe rack at the entrance + We spent half the time on the balcony, we just didn't want to leave it, it was so beautiful! There was a large table, two soft chairs and two entrances (from kitchen and bedroom) + Outside of guest house there is a picnic table and some parking places (it is impossible to get there by other transport)

Negative: - Cleaning wasn’t good: mold in the bathroom, hairs in the bed, unwashed excrement in the toilet, food scraps and packaging in the kitchen, baby pacifier in the flowers on the balcony and on the floor there were fallen petals collected in a pile as if someone distracted the chambermaid from the sweeping. - Very strange hostess. We informed her about our arrival time, but no one was waiting for us: there was no one in the yard or on the ground floor. We were lucky to find another guest who found the hostess in the cowshed and took us to our room. Then the hostess came to greet us and offered to buy us “panini” for breakfast (she spoke a little Italian and used this word which means “sandwich”). We arrived in the evening when all the shops in Seefeld were closed (after 18.00) so we were glad that the hostess would bring us food for breakfast. But in the morning we found a bag with only bread under the door on the dirty floor, no sandwiches. So we had breakfast with just bread for which we had to pay upon check-out. We left early in the morning and tried to pay for our stay the day before but we couldn't find the owner again, during the day and in the evening. There was no WhatsApp contact and she didn’t read the messages in Booking. We had to ask other guests (her friends) to call her on the phone. - There was untrue information on the guest house website: about breakfast and local milk products, which we weren’t even offered. It also said about “cow-bells ringing” but we didn’t see a single cow outside the stall, although we hoped to see grazing cows and buy farm cheese. We missed the feeling of a weekend in the village. - We like animals but we have a strong allergy to them, so we chose this guest house because of the note “pets are not allowed”. But it wasn’t true: we saw that in the next room there were tourists with a cat. - The apartment always had a slight smell of a cowshed - WiFi didn’t work well - Apartment was cool and there was no electric heater
