If you're not ready for lounging by the pool, you may enjoy the large private paver patio, several different decks, or the large screened porch. New owners are committed to details, looking to offer the finest rental experience possible. This large home offers 8 Bedrooms and 6 full baths. The first floor features the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area and the screened porch. The Living Room features built-in cabinetry, and a two sided gas fireplace. The adjacent Dining Area offers a table with seating for 12, plenty of room for congregating with family & friends! You'll appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space & cabinetry. The Kitchen features a 6 burner range and double wall oven, as well as an icemaker. The screened porch is easily accessible from the Living & Dining Area. The Second Floor features hardwood flooring throughout, 4 Bedrooms, an Office and three Bathrooms. The Master Bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and his/her vanities. The third floor also features hardwood flooring, 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Owners have upgraded the bedding to several brand new Sleep Number beds. Bedding by floor:
1st Floor (1 bed): King; 2nd Floor (5 beds): 2 twin beds in 1 BR; Kings in the other 3 BR's, including the Master; 3rd Floor (5 beds): 1 King in the Master; 2 Twin Beds in each of the other 2 BR's; Total Beds: 5 Kings, 6 Twins. As you can tell, this is truly a great rental for a large gathering. It is offered as a Friday to Friday rental. New Catalina "Hampton" Spa Hot Tub seats 6 comfortably.
