With just over a hundred yards as the crow files to the nearest green at the Breckenridge Golf Club, an entire summer's Holiday at this home could stay within the neighborhood if so desired. Sitting on over 2 private acres and surrounded by beautiful pines and colorful aspens in the fall, privacy and nature abounds. In the warmer months, you'll walk over a tumbling brook that runs underneath the walk up to the massive, castle-like entry. The entry is marked by massive double doors, mirroring interior/exterior chandeliers, elegant tile/wood inlay and a slate waterfall just inside. Everything is custom: stonework, artistic slate designs, the curved 18' kitchen island and ornate cabinetry, dimensional ceilings, stone pillars, mosaic tile...everything. Between November and April, schedule our private ski shuttle service to take you to and from the slopes!!

EVERY suite has a beautiful king bed dawning bamboo linen, flat screen TV, fireplace, steam shower, double sinks, and a mixture of artistic stone, tile and custom cabinetry. Two of the bathrooms boast large soaking tubs with views--one bath even with a large waterfall!! Each suite a private luxurious getaway in and of itself.
The cathedral-like main living area soars with 25 feet of glass, custom timbers, elegant lighting, ample seating and gathering, a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and a massive dinning space that looks out to the pines and peaks. The kitchen is a chef's dream. The well stocked and spacious cooking/gathering area is highlighted by Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, an 8 burner range, double ovens and double dishwashers. Hire one of our world-class chefs, or play the roll yourself.
Large west-facing double doors crack open from the main living area to a truly breath-taking stamped/stone patio overlooking the ten-mile range. Outdoor seating surrounds a 3-tiered gas fire feature, and a built in, over-sized outdoor kitchen/grill. Meander between this wrap-around entertaining area and down the large staircase to a lower level entertaining area that is three times the size. Even more glossy stamped stone patio connect the upper entertaining area with three other entrances to the home, an oversized outdoor fireplace, sunken-in hot tub, and two custom waterfall/features.
Spend the evenings in the massive recreation room by the 75" flat screen with high-fidelity surround sound, sit at the bar with a favorite glass of wine, or playing a game of Texas Hold 'em by the large stone fireplace. Four built-in bunks provide a truly fun space for the kids or just extra sleeping quarters. Each bunk finished with privacy curtains, and even a private flip-down tv/dvd player.
