Positive: I stayed at this hotel for one week and unfortunately my experience did not match the expectations of a 4-star hotel. The room was very small and dark, and surprisingly there was no hair dryer in the room something I would expect even from more basic hotels. The biggest issue was the water situation. For two nights there was no water at all, and during the rest of the stay the water was barely warm enough.

Negative: On the positive side, the hotel is located in a beautiful area with a very nice view. The restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly and polite. It’s close to tram and 15 minutes to the central station .
