The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.
Things to note:
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walk-up building which does not have an elevator, and stairs are required in order to access the apartment.
- This unit is in an older building that needs TLC from time to time. In particular, the common areas tend to be less well kept than we would prefer and there may be elevated instances of odors or noise from neighbors that are beyond our control as we are just a tenant in the building. Please keep this in mind when booking. That said, we've thoughtfully furnished the apartment with comfort and functionality in mind and have priced the listing accordingly.
