is an independent, beautiful house full of solar energy. The spacious interior with loft character is distributed on three open levels. The roof terrace has a large sun deck and a private jacuzzi with bar and most importantly a dream view of the sea, the finca and the coast. A private parking space directly in front of the house completes the full offer.
A fully equipped kitchen is located on the lower level, as well as the modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Summary: Sehr nette, gastfreundliche Vermieter. Kontaktaufnahmen waren einfach, diskret und unkompliziert. Es war sehr angenehm dort. Man fühlt sich schnell "wie zu Hause". Schöne, verschiedene Terrassen mit Blick aufs Meer oder/und zum Berg Teide. Das weitläufige Gelände/ Grundstück mit Kaktusplantagen ist umzäunt. Durch einen extra Ausgang am Zaun kann man die nahe liegende Felsküste am Meer erkunden und weitere, schöne Ausblicke entdecken. Alles wirkt gepflegt, ist relativ neuwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Tolle, weitestgehend ruhige Lage zum Entspannen/ Erholen und mit Möglichkeiten für interessante Tagesausflugsziele. Wir waren, schlicht gesagt, einfach zufrieden und es gab nichts nennenswertes zu bemängeln. Also: Sehr empfehlenswert!
