Positive: This is a holiday apartment for a family, 2 adults, 2 kids and one teenager, perhaps. A lot of room, very clean, every comfort available (dishwasher! washing machine for clothes!), balcony, parking lot, WLAN. Luxurious bath, a kitchen one can really cook in fitted out with everything one can wish for. I am a dibetic and have to cook every day myself even on holiday, because I can't eat what the average restaurant offers. And here I can do that with all comfort needed! Grrreat apartment! The location is also excellent, at least for a family like mine. We came by car, but we wanted to go to Bozen in Southern Tyrol, Italy, by train. The train stop is one minute away, on foot. So is the bus stop! One can come here and go everywhere by bus and train and wouldn't need a car, even. The noise of the train, of course, might repel some people. But the windows close tightly and one doesn't hear the noise then, or only a very little. For us this was no problem and counts as an extra Bonus. So, an absolute recommendation!
Negative: Well, the noise of the train, as mentioned before, might repel some people. We closed the windows in the early morning and slept on, and did not care. For us, this didn't count as a problem, and is a Bonus for those who do not always wish to go by car.
Summary: We were very well content and definitely wish to come back in the future.
