Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus, die Bushaltestelle ist in fünf Gehminuten erreichbar und es besteht die Möglichkeit, Fahrräder oder Ski sicher abgesperrt zu verstauen. Zur exklusiven Nutzung für unsere Gäste befindet sich in Südlage vor der Ferienwohnung eine großzügige Terrasse, welche direkt über die Wohnküche zugänglich ist. Für den notwendigen Sonnenschutz ist eine große Markise installiert. Auf der Liegewiese östlich der Ferienwohnung, welche im Winter auch als Schlittenhang benutzt werden kann, befinden sich für die Nutzung im Sommer eine Schaukel, eine Rutsche und neben dem Parkplatz zudem ein Trampolin. Sollten sie mit mehr als 4 Personen anreisen wollen, besteht die Möglichkeit, im Nebenhaus (Haus Heimfrieden, Auer Straße 29, ebenfalls Familie Metzenleitner) eine zusätzliche Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 weitere Personen zu buchen.
