It includes a stone fireplace, powder room, 2 master suites (1 king, 1 queen, each with private bath), great kitchen, (please note, for your safety, food items including salt and pepper are not provided by host), fantastic covered porch, covered patio, smart tv with network and local channels, Netflix, washer/dryer, assorted games, hot tub, air conditioning, charcoal grill, wireless internet, and great long range mountain views. Maximum occupancy is 4.

Kitchen is well equipped with cookware, coffee maker, (Keurig and Mr. Coffee combo), bean grinder, dishwashing tablets and liquid soap, icemaker, electric range, microwave, dishes, cookware, utensils, crockpot. One roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, and soap.
Cotton sheets, fluffy towels, down comforters, quilts. Pack n Play available upon request.
Weber grill, Smart TV, Netflix, WIFI, books, board games.

Things to bring:
Toilet paper, laundry detergent, food, spices, charcoal, if you plan to cook out.

Summary: My husband and I absolutely loved staying in this ultra-comfortable and thoughtfully furnished cottage. The two stone fireplaces, tree branch stair rails and posts, and pine floors, ceilings, and walls were a delight. There is a verandah off the living room with great views of the mountains and trees and a patio with the same views plus a hot tub. It was a wonderful experience to watch the sunrise from the verandah. We stayed for a full week and would have liked to stay another week. It is the best place that we have ever stayed anywhere!
