Positive: Great Stay The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the reservoir, and situated in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment, and some toiletries were also provided. We especially enjoyed the balcony—it offered a lovely view and was a great spot to relax. The beds were very comfortable, and the clear instructions for using the sauna and the jacuzzi-style bathtub were much appreciated. Another bonus: there’s a 4-star hotel nearby that serves excellent dinners—definitely worth a visit!
Negative: **Check-In Procedure Feedback** At the time of booking, I advised that my arrival time would be 3:00 PM. As requested, I confirmed this two hours in advance by calling at 1:00 PM and was assured that check-in instructions would be sent. However, I did not receive anything. At 3:05 PM, I called again to ask where to go, as the address provided was unclear and the property includes buildings 3 and 5, making it difficult to know which one to head to. I was then told to wait while someone checked if the apartment was ready. A few minutes later, I finally received the entry instructions. This is not how the check-in process should work. Clear instructions should be provided in advance through the booking system, without the need for multiple phone calls or delays. ---
