Our vintage cottage is nestled in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, a short stroll away from the public beach and boat launch to Little Paw Paw Lake.
We strive to provide a quality experience offering families/groups a budget friendly, memory filled vacation and hope you will return year after year. The cottage has a great floor plan, so two families of four can easily share the home to reduce costs.

Children are welcome; however, our home is NOT childproof. Please supervise children at all times.
Our cottage has the quirks of an older home with sloped floors and the furnace/ AC on the main floor, near two of the bedrooms. White noise machines are provided in each bedroom. Homes near the lake have well water, which can have a sulfur odor. There is a whole house water filter, and a starter supply of bottled water is provided for drinking and cooking.
Little Paw Paw Lake is located in a beautiful wooded, natural setting. As a result, a lot of wildlife and other "critters" live in the area! Woodchucks run through the yards, including ours. We practice ongoing pest control and do our best to keep creepy crawleys out of the house but cannot guarantee they will stay out. Owner is not responsible for any encounters with pests or wildlife inside or outside the home. If notified immediately of such an occurrence, arrangements can be made for additional services, if needed, but no refunds will be offered for such occurrences.
Other Things to Note:
* No pets allowed. Additional $150.00 deep cleaning fee if pets are brought onto the property.
* We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
* We provide initial supplies for the stay. It will be the guest's responsibility if more are needed throughout the stay,
* One set of towels/linens will be provided per guest/bed. Guests can wash them during their stay, if desired.
HOUSE RULES
* No fireworks of any kind.
* We give our cleaning staff the weekends off. No check-ins or check-outs on Saturday. No check-ins on Sunday.
* Must book for total number of guests staying/visiting the home. $100 per unauthorized guest/night.
* No smoking or Vaping (of anything), candles or incense inside the unit. $500 fine if home smells like smoke.
* Only light loads in washer to prevent "walking." Washer and dryer must be attended at all times while in use.
* 11:00 pm Quiet Hour
* Firepit must be fully extinguished before sleeping or leaving the property
* Watercraft must be parked on the property when not in use. The front yard can be used for additional parking, if needed.
* Do not flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (only toilet paper).
* Please check out by 11:00 AM or there will be a charge of $25 per 10 min past check out time (rounded up).
