Bookings are contactless and no one will enter the apartment during your stay and for 24 hours after your departure. The whole apartment will then be cleaned and disinfected. Clean linen and towels will be provided.

The large unspoilt white sandy 10km long deserted EEC Blue Flag beach and sea can be seen from the apartment and is only 10 mins away. You can always find a beach to yourself even in August. The beach and sea in Mojacar are very clean.
This coast has the most unspoilt beaches in Europe and are of great beauty & ecological wealth including Cabo de Gata Natural Park where you can see Pink Flamingoes in there wild natural habitat.
The Moorish village of Mojacar with its white washed houses perched on the hillside is enchanting and romantic with quaint little streets & is steeped in history.
The spacious apartment is tastefully decorated with all facilities, private intercom access and is bug free with mosquito screens on all the windows.

With all the reasonable flights from the UK and easy access to the village it is ideal for a weekend break in Winter or Summer the temperature in January being 25o-19oC. Mojacar has 3000 hours of sunshine per year compared to 3000 hours of rain in the UK.
You do not need to hire a car with the use of the shuttle bus it is so simple no queuing at the airport just hop on the bus and you are in the village in 45 minutes, it is a fantastic service at only 18 Euros each way from Almeria, Murcia at only 25 Euros each way and Alicante at only 30 Euros each way or we can arrange private transfers for you.
There are some great walks, places to visit and amazing scenery in the area including the Cabo de Gata National Park and Granada.
The village has an indoor pool, gym, yoga, Pilates, fitness classes. There is free parking all around the village & 2 public car parks.
Mojacar village & the breathtaking surrounding scenic areas are an ideal place to spend your days writing, painting, reading or walking nearby in the mountains.
The beach is one of the few places now in Europe where you can eat & drink right on the beach while listening & watching the ocean in one of the Chirinigutos.
The beach has even more restaurants, bars, internet cafes, banks, a commercial centre and 4 very large supermarkets.
If you love shopping then why not grab a bargain in the Commercial Centre or markets in Mojacar or try one of the large malls in Almeria, Roquetas de mar inc Primark or Murcia inc H & M (Rated the best shopping outside of Madrid) Pick up a bottle of Gin for around only 5 Euros. What a way to shop in the sunshine, no crowds along with a glass of Cava and some Tapas.
There is an Iceland & Lidl supermarket in Vera 15 mins away.
If you love fish restaurants the fishing village of Garrucha is nearby where fresh fish is brought straight from the boat to your table.
Mojacar & the villages near by have lots of tradional fiestas which are always really good fun.
Mojacar is near to Granada with the famous palace of Alhambra.
Mojacar is only 45 minutes from Mini Hollywood where all the famous spaghetti westerns were made.
Mojacar is only two hours from Sierra Nevada where skiing & the international cross-country ski event take place each year.
There are four golf courses nearby to accommodate all standards including the desert sands 72 par golf course the only desert course in Europe.
There are some amazing roads around if you enjoy cycling or motorcyling and the roads around Mojacar are used to test drive lots of new models of cars and bikes because of the fabulous hot dry terrain.
