Private parking, reserved only for holidaymakers (not transferable to a third party), closed with remote controlled gate very secure! Apartment ideally located 10 minutes walk from the city center (with the advantage therefore not to suffer the noises, the difficulties to park, traffic jams) and the Port and 15 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches like Palombaggia and Santa Giulia. Great comfort, fully air conditioned. Internet access. American kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher; a large comfortable living room with wall-mounted television, with a double sofa bed convertible for 2 of great comfort. A bedroom with a double bed and wall-mounted television. Beautiful bathroom with sink and spacious shower, washing machine and dryer. WC apart. For baby: an umbrella bed with mattress, 1 high chair and 1 small bath.
This apartment is ideal for all those who seek both comfort, calm, convenient proximity to small shops and supermarkets, the proximity of the city center with its charming old Porto Vecchio and the escape to beautiful beaches and mountains around.
Note that when arriving on certain beaches, holidaymakers can see "benches" of Posidonia, which are not clumps of algae but heaps of dead leaves (marine plants) that come aground sandstone waves and currents. The posidonia does not support the polluted water, its presence proves that the water is of good quality. The benches also make it possible to fight the erosion of the beaches by "blocking" the sand under the clusters. Posidonia is useful (erosion barrier) and protective (proof of purity of bathing water).
Note that it is common in Corsica to pay in cash, possibly in Carte Bleue, almost not in checks (many traders do not accept checks).
It is advisable to call on the terrace (the apartment) because the network is captured more easily. It is also better to go on the terrace to connect to Wi Fi.
Rental open all year long and possible, flexible dates out of season from early October to late May, contact the owner directly for more information. Since the weather is nice almost all the time in Porto Vecchio, it's very interesting to visit it outside of the season too. For the months of June, July, August, September: rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. Interesting price for long term rental.
It is desired to arrive in the afternoon after 16h but before midnight and leave in the morning before 11am.
