The brand new building is located at the corner of the trendy Rosthchild Blvd and Allenby. The space has elevator access to both the 6th and 7th floor entrance.
With 3 great sized bedrooms and 1 sofa bed, 2 modern bathrooms with walk in showers, this luxurious apartment can accomidate up to 9 adults.
If you enjoy hosting a BBQ or just lying out in the sun, the space provides a large sun terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi and an open plan kitchen / lounge

Rothschild Boulevard is best experienced by taking it all in - take a seat on one of the many benches and observe how the locals do their thing. You can even grab a coffee from one of the many coffee kiosks and stroll up and down the boulevard, just like the Tel-Avivians do on a regular basis.
