You can feel the stress level drop as you pull into the driveway of this magnificent home located near City By The Sea. Surrounded by stunning water views, and designed to take advantage of the coastal scenery, this welcoming home is perfect for your Rockport getaway!
As you enter the home on the lower level, Bedroom # 1 is off to your right. There are two queen beds, and an ensuite bath with a tub/ shower combo. This room is cool, calming, and offers a view of the bay.
Downstairs also offers its own sitting area with cozy couches and the only TV in the home. This is found next to the wet bar that is fully stocked with unbreakable dishware and glasses that may be taken outside to the pool deck.
Between the sitting area/ wet bar and the second downstairs bedroom is a shared bathroom. This bath offers a step-in shower only, no tub.
Bedroom #2 is the perfect place for all the kids to sleep! This large, bright room has a great view of the pool and the canal. Equipped with three queen beds, this room can easily sleep six.
Upstairs you will find a larger seating/ gathering area next to the kitchen and dining room. Comfortable seating in this living room offers water views from every angle! The dining room table has seating for eight and is found next to the bar which can seat an additional four guests. A wonderful spot for getting everyone together at mealtime, plenty of room and plenty of water views! The updated kitchen has lots of counter space for meal prep! Choose from a standard oven, convection oven or a six burner Viking stovetop.
Upstairs there are three more bedrooms. The southeast bedroom has great views of the bay, a walk-in closet, and a king bed. The ensuite bath has a tub/ shower combo. Spend time relaxing on the window seat as you watch for dolphins!
Separating the east and west bedrooms upstairs is a private office with Juliette balcony. With leather seating and fabulous water views, you can choose this space to work from home-away-from-home. Just don't blame us when you let the coast distract you!
The southwest bedroom also offers a king bed and an ensuite bath with tub/ shower combo. Complete with window seating, of course there are great views of the bay!
The primary bedroom in this stunning home won't disappoint you! The king bed is angled for views of the canal. There is a double walk-in closet, and access to the back balcony through French doors. The primary bathroom has a large soaking tub and double vanities. The walk-in shower is equipped with four shower heads, one of which is a rainfall shower. There's even a built-in shower bench.
The outdoor spaces at this home are as impressive as the inside. A swimming pool with an attached kiddie pool is the focal point of the back yard. When you've had enough swimming, there is an expansive boat/ fishing dock, boat slip and fish cleaning station with water and lights. There's seating by the pool, on the patio and on the upstairs balcony.
Caribiana is located near City By The Sea, just south of Rockport proper. Crab-N is a local favorite for great seafood and cold drinks! You're a short drive from the shops in downtown Rockport, and also from the ferry over to Port Aransas.
