Welcome to your stay at this Bristol waterfront shared house that feels like you are living on a boat. Watch the boats go by on a large wrap-around deck.
The shared house offers access to moorings, dock spaces and sailboat rentals in season. These are not included with the house, but can be purchased separately from our neighbor The Herreshoff Marine Museum, one of Bristol's treasured cultural institutions.
On the 1st floor, a large, airy and sun-drenched open floor plan living area includes a kitchen, dining area and living room.
The 2nd floor features your PRIVATE bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The bedroom windows overlook Bristol Harbor and face northwest.
We live on the 3rd floor and share the decks, kitchen and livingroom with you. Breakfast on Sundays!
Please note: The house is next to an event venue that hostswedding and parties with DJs and live entertainment (bands) sometimes on Friday and/or Saturdays. These events do not go past 11 PM. We think it's fun.
