Summary: The place is spacious with great view of the ocean. Location wise it's close to walk to restaurants and the ocean to watch the sunset. Easy drives to beaches and golf courses. Kitchen is fully equipped but could use some of the pans to be replaced. There's a pull out couch in living room and bed is comfy. Decor is a little dated but comfortable. There are beach chairs (I used one but it did not work well, could use some Costco replacements), lots of towels for beach to use, even a few goggles in the hall closet as well as a small cooler (we did not use). Laundry mat on 1st floor was helpful, uses an app or else quarters (quarters are easier). If you have disabilities, be aware that after going to the 6th floor, there are about 5 more stairs you'll need to go up. You're in Kona to get out and not stay in the place the whole time, so take advantage. One parking space was easy. Property Manager was responsive. On site manager was helpful. Lockbox easy to use to gain access to condo.
