Outside there is a massive breakwater with an interior 36' floating dock, 2 deeded buoys/moorings offshore, a private swim area, a large entertaining deck with BBQ, and a stunning Lakeview. Important to know there is a Jet Ski Lift too. Emerald Waters Villa is a custom-built home that has 4,737 sq ft inside and parking for 6 cars.
