Summary: Our stay at Hotel Eleven in Revelstoke on the weekend of September 22 – 24, 2023, far exceeded all expectations, providing an unforgettable experience that truly set the bar for exceptional hospitality. The staff at hotel Eleven were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome and thorough check-in to the personalized recommendations provided by the concierge, the service was simply impeccable. We were so impressed with Elevens décor, amenities, daily complimentary appetizers, free wine, local craft beers and snack selections. From the exceptional restaurant and games room (for guests only) on the main floor to the lounge, cozy seating area with fire place, hot tub, sauna, deck on the third floor, every base was covered. Upon being shown our room, we were greeted with handwritten note form the owner welcoming us to Eleven. Our room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. The room amenities provided, especially the luxurious down bedding, pillow-top mattress which was complimented with a wool blanket from Nova Scotia. The bathroom was simply luxurious, clean and contemporary. We were also so impressed with the complimentary mini bar, snacks, (which were restocked daily), we were also given two free Eleven ball caps.
