Summary: The property is perfectly located for walking around the historic district. It is tastefully decorated with modern high quality kitchen and bath. It is even larger than it looks in the pictures and the kitchen was spacious with a full size range. The owner was very helpful and accommodating for a change in schedule. As a single female I was concerned about the safety of the neighborhood, but two local older ladies told me that the particular street where the studio is located is very safe and they would not have any concerns walking alone at night. I was a little disappointed that few local businesses stay open in the evening, but some other areas of town with restaurants and music were a moderate walk/short taxi ride away. I'd recommend a food and culture tour upon arrival to get oriented with the neighborhood and see some hidden gems.
