Positive: The villa is super big, clean, very well equiped, with pool, ping pong, and jacuzzi. Amazing view from bosnia to crostia. The owner live next door but respect privacy and were absolutely ok with us making "as much noise as we want". The price is more than ok for big groups, even for students. They did not charge us for late check out, despite we did not succeed to wake up on time. Thank you so much

Negative: Nothing (you need to cross the border checkpoints to go to dubrovnik, but this never took more than 10 minutes of waiting)
