The condo one of only six units in the complex. It is one story with high ceilings, no steps and no one above or below you. The condo is 765 square foot with two bathrooms on either side of a bathtub/shower room, so two people sharing the condo each have their own bathroom. The condo has a laundry room, rather than community laundry, which is rare in centrally located Palm Springs' condos. Additionally, there is both a front patio, and a very private back patio for sunning. The condo comes with one dedicated covered parking space. The Movie Colony Condos has a community pool (unheated) and a spa, at the front of the complex for only the six units. Inside the condo is a completely renovated kitchen opening to the living room and dining room. The living room has a 55 inch TV, and includes NetFlix and about 20 local channels (including ABC, CBS, NBC, KCET, NHK, movie channels, sci-fi channel). The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress, and a built-in dresser in the bedroom closet, TV, and a computer desk with a printer for your convenience. In short, this condo is everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The condo is available to one or two people, and is non-smoking. No pets. A 30 day minimum stay is required.
