Summary: Although the location was great and the property was superficially beautiful, unfortunately there were significant issues that we had in the property that detracted from our experience. We have reached out to the property owner about a partial refund due to these issues and they have not since been responsive. Feedback: Having the garbage disposal being already broken and full of rotten food when we arrived and having no hot water (it literally ran cold) in the upstairs tub was upsetting. The hot water in the tub issue was not resolved during the time of our stay. We immediately contact the property owner about the garbage disposal (night 1) but it was not fixed until day 3 of our stay. We were told that someone would come out on day 2 before 1:30. We waited for a significant portion of our day for someone to come fix it but they did not arrive on day 2 which took away from our ability to explore the city. The person (who was wonderful) then arrived at our door before 8 a.m. the day after they were supposed to arrive with no warning from the property owner until 40 minutes after his arrival. In the bedroom on the top floor there was hair left in one of the beds and dirty pillow cases when we arrived. There were no additional blankets or pillow cases. Additionally, the house was missing several essentials such as sufficient towels, toilet paper, and had absolutely no dish or hand soap. The trash can in the garage was also too full for us to move our trash out. In all, I would not advise staying at this property despite the beautiful location and aesthetic.
